Ingredientes:
– 4-5 pechugas de pollo
– 2 cebollas
– 2 zanahorias
– 2 patatas
– 1/2 taza de vino blanco
– 1 cucharada de tomillo seco
– 1 cucharada de orégano seco
– 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
– Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación:
1. En una olla de cocción lenta, calienta el aceite de oliva a fuego medio.
2. Agrega las pechugas de pollo y sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto. Cocina por unos 5 minutos, hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados.
3. Añade las cebollas, zanahorias y patatas a la olla. Sazona con tomillo y orégano secos.
4. Vierte el vino blanco y agrega suficiente agua para cubrir todos los ingredientes.
5. Tapa la olla y cocina a fuego lento durante unas 4 horas, o hasta que el pollo esté completamente cocido y los vegetales estén tiernos.
6. Retira del fuego y sirve caliente.
