Como hacer DULCE de LECHE VEGANO SIN AZÚCAR

El dulce de leche vegano sin azúcar es una alternativa deliciosa y saludable para aquellos que siguen una dieta vegana o que evitan el consumo de azúcar. Ingredientes:
– 2 tazas de leche vegetal (al gusto)
– 1/2 taza de endulzante natural (sirope de agave, jarabe de arce, fechas, etc.)

– 1 pizca de sal

Instrucciones:

3. Continúa cocinando a fuego lento, removiendo regularmente, durante aproximadamente 1 hora o hasta que la leche espese y adquiera una consistencia similar al dulce de leche tradicional.

4. Retira la olla del fuego y deja enfriar a temperatura ambiente. A medida que el dulce de leche vegano sin azúcar se enfríe, espesará aún más.

5. Una vez enfriado por completo, transfiere el dulce de leche a un recipiente de vidrio hermético y guárdalo en el refrigerador. Se mantendrá fresco durante aproximadamente una semana.

450 gr de Batata (camote, boniato) (pesada en crudo)
100 cc de Leche Vegetal (yo utilicé la de coco)
1 cucharadita esencia de Vainilla
1 cucharada Cacao Amargo
Opcional 1 sobrecito stevia

Dulce de Leche Clásico:
400 gr Zanahorias (pesadas en crudo)
50cc Leche Vegetal (yo utilicé la de coco)
1 cucharadita esencia de Vainilla
1/2 cucharada de Cacao Amargo
2 sobrecitos de Stevia

En cuanto a consistencia y apariencia son iguales al dulce de leche tradicional. El sabor (como con la mayoría de los dulces veganos sin azúcar), es levemente diferente, pero súper rico!!! Y te olvidas de cuales son los ingredientes con los que lo hiciste, vale la pena probarlos!!!!

Ingredientes:
– 2 tazas de leche de almendras (sin azúcar)
– 1 taza de leche de coco (sin azúcar)
