Very good for vegan sausages, vegan chorizos, vegan burgers, it combines really well and since I love spicy, I am going to use a spicy one, this is optional, we are also going to put salt , black pepper, cumin, nutmeg and a little cinnamon You can also use powdered cloves,
A spoonful of oregano and smoked condiments, two spoonfuls of chimichurri and a spoonful of mustard, are fantastic. I want to thank our friend Marcos from Bariloche who brought us the These smoked condiments that are great from Patagonia Argentina

Recipe explained quickly without going around , using the minimum time possible subscribe Recipe explained quickly without going around , using the minimum time possible subscribe 30 minutes after having left it in the fridge The consistency has to be
Super firm and dry. If you feel that it is very wet, add more almond flour or the flour you are using and to assemble it, I suggest you apply enough pressure so that it is well compacted and when it comes to cutting it, it is much more easy
With these ingredients you will be able to make 4 vegan chorizos they can be frozen I froze them and they go great after they defrost them, you can heat them a little in the pan are ideal for sandwiches, to eat in a snack they are great because they have a lot of flavor
