Se prepara con pollo asado, cebolla, ajo, tomate, pimiento verde, zanahoria, caldo de pollo y especias. Se hierve todo junto hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido y se sirve con una salsa de tomate y ajo para mojar el pan. Ingredientes:

-1 pollo entero
-1 cebolla
-2 zanahorias
-2 tallos de apio
-2 dientes de ajo
-2 tomates maduros
-2 patatas
-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
-1 cucharada de pimentón
-1 cucharada de comino
-1 cucharada de tomillo
-1 cucharada de orégano
-1 cucharada de sal
-1 cucharadita de pimienta
-1 litro de agua

Instrucciones:

1. Precalienta el horno a 200 grados Celsius.

2. Limpia el pollo y colócalo en una fuente para horno.

3. Agrega el aceite de oliva, el pimentón, el comino, el tomillo, el orégano, la sal y la pimienta.

4. Mezcla bien el pollo con los ingredientes y colócalo en el horno.

5. Deja cocinar el pollo por unos 20 minutos.

6. Mientras tanto, pica la cebolla, las zanahorias, el apio y los ajos.

7. Corta los tomates y las patatas en cubos pequeños.

8. Calienta una olla grande con un poco de aceite de oliva.

9. Agrega la cebolla, las zanahorias, el apio y los ajos.

10. Deja que se doren unos minutos.

11. Agrega los tomates y las patatas.

12. Sazona con sal y pimienta.

13. Agrega el agua y deja que hierva.
