Los ingredientes de esta receta son 1 pollo de 3 libras y media 2 cucharadas de mostaza 2 tomates 1/2 cebolla 1/3 de chile verde 1/3 de chile rojo 2 ajos Cilantro al gusto 2 papas 1 zanahoria 1 salsa de tomate (en lata) 2 cucharadas de Sazón de pollo 1 sobre de sazón con culantro y achiote 1 pizca de comino molido Pimienta negra al gusto Aceite vegetal( o el aceite de tu preferencia) 1 cucharadita de sal ( sal al gusto)
Ingredientes:
– 4 pechugas de pollo
– 3 papas medianas
– 1 cebolla grande
– 1 pimiento rojo
– 2 dientes de ajo
– 1 cucharada de aceite
– 1 taza de caldo de pollo
– 1 cucharada de tomillo
– 1 cucharada de orégano
– Sal y pimienta al gusto
Preparación:
1. Pelar y cortar las papas en cubos pequeños.
2. Cortar la cebolla y el pimiento en trozos pequeños.
3. Calentar el aceite en una olla grande a fuego medio y agregar el ajo, la cebolla y el pimiento. Cocinar por unos 5 minutos, hasta que la cebolla esté transparente.
4. Agregar las pechugas de pollo y cocinar por unos 7 minutos, hasta que estén doradas.
