FACILISIMA RECETA para un GUISO de POLLO Y VERDURAS EN SALSA DE CHILE PASILLA

Ingredientes:

-4 pechugas de pollo deshuesadas y sin piel
-1 cebolla mediana, cortada en cubitos
-2 dientes de ajo, picados
-1 pimiento rojo, cortado en cubitos
-2 zanahorias, cortadas en rodajas
-1/2 taza de chile pasilla, molido
-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
-1/2 taza de caldo de pollo
-1/2 taza de agua
-1/4 taza de crema de leche
-Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación:

1. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego medio-alto. Añade el pollo y saltea hasta que esté dorado por ambos lados. Retíralo de la sartén y reserva.

2. Añade la cebolla, el ajo y el pimiento a la sartén y saltea hasta que la cebolla esté transparente. Agrega las zanahorias y saltea por un minuto más.

3. Vierte el chile pasilla y sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto. Añade el caldo de pollo, el agua y la crema de leche. Mezcla para integrar los ingredientes.

4. Vuelve a agregar el pollo a la sartén y deja cocinar a fuego bajo por unos 15 minutos, hasta que el pollo esté bien cocido.

5. Sirve el guiso de pollo y verduras acompañado con arroz blanco. ¡Disfruta!
